About the store
It's my genuine opinion that science is the best! I specifically remember sitting in 6th grade earth science and high school biology thinking science was the coolest thing ever. Fast forward to when I decided to be a teacher - I knew science was what I wanted to teach. I taught 7th and 8th grade science over the course of 8 years in Arizona. Both grades were general science, so we covered aaaaallllllll the topics. But I also found myself so overwhelmed with all the things I needed to have ready - all the paperwork, keys for an aide, accommodated materials. It was overwhelming. That's what inspires my store. What do real teachers need? What tools help the most? Each resource is designed to include just that.

Teaching style

Kids need multiple opportunities to learn content. For almost every unit I teach, kids are investigating, then reading, writing, drawing, coloring, listening researching, and creating! This ensures they interact with content in a variety of ways to really cement learning and understanding.
