About the store

I have been teaching science in a public, suburban high school in New York for over 10 years. I am certified in biology, general science and special education. I have taught general education, special education, and honors students. Most recently I began teaching AP Biology and I absolutely love it! I enjoy teaching various levels of learners while differentiating my instruction to meet their individual needs.

This form allows students to tell the teacher "all about them"! It gives the teacher a detailed list of information about the student & family. There is also an area to record parent contact information directly on it! Very useful at any age. This is primarily for Science, however can be amended to be used in all subject areas. A lab record sheet is attached too.

I believe in student-centered learning with an emphasis on teacher-directed motivational activities. I love to enhance learning with inquiry-based activities that allow students to discover the information on their own either during independent or group lessons.
