It also includes a character sort where students have to colour, cut and paste characters who are in the story and who were not in the story. I did these activities with my special needs students in kindergarten but it can be used for kinders-grade 1.

This is a great starter to setting goals for your students! You can use it with parents at parent-teacher conferences or with your students themselves.
I'm using it with my parents at my parent-teacher conferences. It's a great way to ensure parents know what they can do at home to help work towards a common goal.
It can be edited! Please take a second to quickly rate it!
Thanks:)
Please take a second to leave feedback :) Thanks!
This is an informative newsletter about the math program that can be sent home to parents. You can customize any of the information to fit your class. It includes visuals and curriculum expectations.
EASY to use centre or task tracking sheet!
Add student names and sort by JK or SK for easy recognition. Print and cut the sheets in half. Keep one tracking sheet at each of your centres so that you can quickly see who still needs to complete that centre. Once every student has a comment or check mark, then you can change the centre.
Great way to quickly jot down observations!
Shapes included are:
triangle, square, circle, rectangle, hexagon, heart, oval, star
Can be used as an individual worksheet or with dry erase markers (when laminated or inserted into plastic page protector).
I use it together with a shape sort to include some pre-writing skills at one of my centres.
