Banksy is a graffiti artist, famous for his use of stencils to create street art found all over the world. His controversial art pieces have been a topic of discussion for many years now. I found my 6th class in particular loved learning about Banksy and his art pieces sparked interesting discussions and debates in the classroom. Keith Allen Haring was an American artist whose pop art emerged from the New York City graffiti subculture of the 1980s. His animated imagery has "become a widely recognized visual language".
