I have been teaching for more years than I can count! I've taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th, general education classes. I also have a masters in special education. I work with a lot of technology in the classroom, and I am part of a district team to figure out how to make the common core work. I'll be adding updating the SMARTnotebook files to the latest edition as soon as I have a few minutes. This year has been off to a crazy/busy start, and I'll be adding new things as soon as I am able!

Bar Graphs (smartboard)

This is a smartboard lesson that I have used in a small group setting. It would also be easily used whole group, or as a review. Students learn the parts of a bar graph including scale, how to read a bar graph, and how to build their own bar graph. Students interpret data in a bar graph, answering several questions. They also have the opportunity to build bar graphs based on data.
