I use this editable log to quickly and efficiently keep track of time spent providing indirect consultation services on behalf of students on my speech/language caseload. This is great documentation to have to provide evidence needed for performance evaluations, required IEP documentation, and in support of workload demands.
This is the incentive program I use for my middle school (gr. 5-7) speech/language therapy students. I find that it has been highly motivating for an otherwise infamously difficult group to motivate. Each student gets an envelope at the beginning of the year which they write their name on. The envelopes are stored in the speech room at all times and students can bank their earned "money" in those envelopes throughout the year and spend as they choose.

Includes a horizontal bar graph showing the stages of traditional articulation therapy on which students can document their mastery of each stage and a blank bar graph on which students can track their %accuracy across 10 sessions.
There are 2 versions of the stages chart (one for younger elementary and one for upper elementary to middle/high).
