These are 8 ½ x 11 number cards 0-9 that can be used to create a large number line in the classroom. They can also be used to play number sense and place value games that support common core math.

This is an outline (graphic organizer) that students use when doing research for an animal report. It helps students to organize their research in such a way that makes writing a report much easier for them. My 5th grade students were able to turn each section into a paragraph. This is a graphic organizer for writing a mystery story. It has a place for the setting, characters, description of the characters using similes, clues, and the conclusion. It is a great way to integrate elements of a story, genre, and figurative language by having students organize their own mystery story before writing the rough draft.
