This activity gives 3rd and 4th grade students an excellent opportunity to practice reducing fractions to their simplest forms. It is also a great review for 5th graders before they begin adding and subtracting fractions.

This is a set of multi-digit multiplication task cards that meets the common core standard 5.NBT.5. There are 25 spider cards that give multi-digit multiplication problems and 25 matching web cards with the answers. These cards can be used as independent practice, group work, or even a "scavenger hunt" activity. A recording sheet and answer key are provided.
