About the store

Experience

Hi, I’m Brooke Haberle. I’m a passionate educator, parent, consultant, and coach with over 12 years of experience supporting students, families, and schools across Rhode Island. My work spans early childhood through adulthood, with a focus on individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other diverse learning needs.

Teaching style

My teaching style is deeply shaped by my own school experiences. As someone who struggled as a student, I bring a trauma-informed and neurodevelopmental lens to everything I do. I believe in the power of authentic relationships and prioritize connection, resilience, and emotional safety in all learning environments. As a Certified Instructor in Conscious Discipline, I love guiding schools and families in building strong, compassionate communities through the School Family model.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I have also contributed to the broader educational community through presentations at the Conscious Discipline Elevate Conference and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) events, and she has been featured on the "Real Talk for Real Teachers" podcast.

My own education history

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, both from Southern New Hampshire University. I’m licensed in both General and Special Education in Rhode Island and certified in Level 1 TEACCH Structured Teaching. I’ve had the honor of presenting at the Conscious Discipline Elevate Conference, ASD conferences, and on the “Real Talk for Real Teachers” podcast.

Additional biographical information

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: every child deserves to feel seen, safe, and valued. That’s what drives me every day.
