This is such a fun game to get students really excited about learning! This game will help students practice their data interpreting and graphing skills. It will also help them use reasoning to explain their results.
Students are a detective in the zoo because OH NO! The animals are misplaced! Students first graph the "original" amount of animals that were in the zoo. Then, students graph the "actual" amount of animals that are in the zoo. Finally, students (or rather the detectives) answer que
This is a great and fun way to really get students thinking about shapes! This game can be played in multiple ways. Read the clue card to the whole class and have someone find the matching shape card. Print out a set for each student and have them match the clue to the card and glue it on a piece of construction paper. OR...print out a set for a small group or center. Fun and simply way to assess student's knowledge.
Thanks for downloading! Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Comparing and contrasting and a skill that can be pretty tough for our little ones! This venn-diagram is a great way for students to visually see the difference in the two stories. Students could work in pairs, small groups, or as a whole group to complete the diagram. If you need to differentiate the graphic organizer, fill in the circles with lines, use pictures, or challenge students to come up with a certain amount of similiarites and differences!
This is a fun, back-to-school, and bright colored calendar! Use it as an agenda with your students or just for you. There's a comment section that could be used for communication between you and parents or maybe just a little reminder note. Want more great news? This calendar is editable! Add important school dates, reminders, holidays, etc.

You should be able to identify the version based on the bottom of the page. The easiest has no regrouping, the middle has regrouping to the tens place, and the highest has regrouping to the hundred's place. You could have students cut i
We all have little ones who sometimes need something to keep them focused and working hard! This behavior chart has worked miracles for me. I have it split into morning and afternoon BUT you could even edit it to make it as frequent as you want (split into subjects, events, etc.) I mark on the paper a smiley, an "ok" face, or a sad face to show the child and parents, how the student did for the day. The best part is that you can change the goal as needed for the child. Please feel free to edit a
It's almost time for Meet Your Teacher day and I know one of the biggest things I'm thinking about is how am I going to contact parents if I need to in an emergency. So, I've created some emergency contact cards that are both in English and in Spanish. You can print them back to back so that the parent has the option! I would suggest printing them out on bright colored card stock and laminating.
If you notice any spelling errors or typos, please let me know.
Enjoy!

Want to spice up your differentiation? This Math Review Choice Board is a great way to do it! There are so many options on how you could use it. Have children pick 3, 6, or even all 9 problems, to complete. All you have to do is print out the worksheets and then BOOM you are ready to go! Nothing to it, but to do it. My students loved being able to see how many they could get done and they loved it even more because they got to pick what they wanted to do!!

This is a quick and easy way to keep record of your student's behaviors. A great way to keep track of data for meetings, conferences, and RTI. The best part...it's editable! For personal use ONLY.
A simple but AWESOME game! You could play this matching game in so many different ways. For example, students could just use the cards that they need to work on being able to identify. Or, students may choose to only use 25 at a time. Get creative! Don't have time for a matching game? Use these for flash cards! Quick & easy!! Enjoy :)
I think it's so important for our students to realize what they're grateful for, especially when it comes to their friends! One of my favorite things to do is write down each student's name on a paper and hand them out randomly to each student (they can't get their own name). Then, that student thinks of something nice to write about that person. I explain that it shouldn't be things like "I like his shirt," that it needs to be a quality about that person. The students have a few minutes to writ
Teaching descriptive writing is so fun, but can also be a challenge when our little ones struggle to come up with adjectives and/or ideas. This outline provides them a template to use to guarantee they use all of their senses in their writing. I hope you enjoy :)
