SHAPES and GRAPHING Create 5 school themed pictures using basic shapes, then graph the shapes used and write about the graphed results: Pencils Glue bottle and glue sticks School House School Bus Crayon Box Directions: Cut out the shapes. Use the small picture key as a guide to put the shapes together to create a picture. Glue the pieces onto construction paper. Color the pieces and background to create a scene. Teaching style

Community building drives the tone of the classroom. I try to provide a space centered with respect, care, and consistency. I don't always get it right, but my students and I muddle through together to create a place where we can come together happily each day.
