Experience

I just finished my 13th year teaching! I taught a few years of PreK and a then moved to Kindergarten. I have the blessing of teaching at a faith-based school where I can connect both my passion for God and teaching into what I do each day!

Teaching style

Fun, meaningful, and a little silly! I want students to leave our classroom each day excited to come back. I incorporate a lot of visuals, movement, and opportunities for creativity into my teaching. If you were to stop by our classroom…you would see us learning through hands-on activities, singing, dancing, games, centers, and dramatic play. Students learn best when they feel valued and encouraged. I prioritize connecting with each of my students and helping them realize that they are fearfully and wonderfully made!
