This checklist is a tool for students to use to edit and revise their work in writer's workshop. It encourages them to read through their writing and look for specific features in their piece that need to be examined before they publish it. This is a sheet that I have parents fill out at the start of each school year to keep phone numbers and contact info all in one place. It is also great to have if you organize student data all in once place. This way, if you need to contact home, and mom/dad have a question about other data, it is all in one neat and tidy place.
