Student Information Sheet- Back to School (Intermediate)
This is a sheet that I have parents fill out at the start of each school year to keep phone numbers and contact info all in one place.
It is also great to have if you organize student data all in once place. This way, if you need to contact home, and mom/dad have a question about other data, it is all in one neat and tidy place.

Experience

Teaching style
Engage students..at every level. Find a way to hook them. Be explicit what introducing a new concept of study but give them room to explore new content for them to make it meaningful. If you are having fun and immersing yourself alongside the students, it will be contagious.
