This product help when we were discussing how a character changes throughout the story. The students would select a character from a book that they were reading. Then, as reading they would jot down character traits, actions, dialogue in the beginning of the story. They would continue to examine the character and document changes in the middle, and last in the end. Then, the students would write a paragraph citing the character changes and providing evidence from the text.
