Print 1 grid. Have your class sign 6 random boxes (or 5, or 4 depending on size of class!) Then put the numbers 0-9 in a hat. Pick out the numbers one by one and write them above the grid columns. I made this to go with a kit called "The Mall," which has a bunch of real little items in shops all labeled and priced.
