I am a school-based SLP that primarily does evaluations. I have made several tools that are being used by several SLPs in my district and have finally decided that I will share them with others. My tools primarily for time-saving when report writing. My programs are made to work with Microsoft Excel and therefore they are all Mac/Windows compatible (assuming you have Office on your computer). All my programs are made to be as user-friendly as possible with little "how to" for each screen. All you have to do is click the "click here for help" button on any screen to watch a youtube video of me walking you through how to use it.
I am always open to suggestions/new ideas.

COSF Narrative Generator (Child Outcomes Summary)
If you are an SLP in elementary schools, you most likely know the dreaded Child Outcome Summary Forms (COSF). However, this one also includes copies of the checklists in Spanish for parents to complete. Since the questions are in the same order as the English checklists you can copy the parent's responses into the program to generate a narrative summary of their responses. The narrative is generated in English. The only translations required
