Hello Teachers! I have students use this reading log to track their independent reading throughout the year. The log is easy to use and easy to adapt to your classroom needs. This is an easy way to document student behavior in class. I have 6 classes a day, so I print one per week for each class. Before printing I add student names. Then I keep the sheets on a clipboard that is easily accessible during the day. As I notice behaviors that are not acceptable I make a note using the key on the chart. I created these labels to use in my classroom library. I divided my books into categories by topic and put them into baskets. Theses are the labels I use for the baskets. It makes it easier for my students to find books on topics that interest them.
