Student Problem Reporting Sheet - "Tattle Sheet"

I created this problem reporting sheet to encourage my students to try to be problem-solvers themselves before coming to me. The sheet asks students to tell how they feel, what happened to make them feel that way, and let the teacher know what they did to try to solve the problem. Teaching style

I love watching my students learn and apply new things! I desperately wish that schools would bring back play-based models, especially in the primary grades. I love doing read alouds and using picture books. I loved coloring and learning crafts.
