About the store
I have been an Elementary Educator and Art teacher for the past seventeen years. I've spent a majority of my time teaching Second Grade, and the last four years of my tenure were spent as a Primary-aged Art teacher. I also have my certification in Early Childhood Education, in addition to Elementary and Art Education; and have been trying my hand at making printables over the last year for my daughter to use at home.

I have been an Elementary Educator and Art teacher for the past seventeen years. I've spent a majority of my time teaching Second Grade, and the last four years of my tenure were spent as a Primary-aged Art teacher. I also have my certification in Early Childhood Education, in addition to Elementary and Art Education; and have been trying my hand at making printables over the last year for my daughter to use at home.
Teaching style
My teaching style places an emphasis on scaffolding new information so the learner is able to organically ascertain the given concept; allowing for high engagement and "mental lifting". I believe in the importance of modeling, consistency, organization, and explicitly teaching social-emotional learning; incorporating those things into my environment and resources as much as I can.

I live in Delaware with my husband, our daughter, and our spirited German Shepherd. In addition to teaching and creating printables, I love coming up with, perseverating over, and executing personal art projects.
