Students are required to hand copy an essay of several paragraphs discussing disruptive behavior and how it takes away from the free education they get in this country (that many other countries do not get). Teaching style

I prefer to have a flipped classroom, teaching with videos, manuals, and the web, and allowing students to work at their own pace. This also allows me to be my own assistant and help the struggling students while allowing the other students to continue working without interruption.
