To help with classroom management, PreK-2 students can use this simple happy face form to self assess how well they worked in centers. Note that there is no sad face. Students decide if they did a great job working nicely in centers or if they can try a little harder next time! KEEP IT POSITIVE : )

Since my students have difficulty seeing where the spaces are between lines, this paper highlights the spaces with asterisks and color. There is an illustration box on top of the page as well as a reference alphabet.
