display this flipchart and have students drag the bottom circle onto the mood they're feeling. Use that information to select one of the four activities as either a refocus or recharge (energy) and either for an individual or group (pleasentness) You can customize the activities inside the flipchart by going to the action settings
I always found this method of breaking down word problems to be helpful for students. I usually have it as a large poster but this .pdf can be glued or taped into their notebooks. I find that if you're using a composition book and not a spiral bound book that shrinking it to 85% fits best.
