I always found this method of breaking down word problems to be helpful for students. I usually have it as a large poster but this .pdf can be glued or taped into their notebooks. I find that if you're using a composition book and not a spiral bound book that shrinking it to 85% fits best.
This is a fun way to do a matching worksheet. Instead of just matching the answer within the picture frame, the student also draws that portion of the picture. The answer key will show the picture as well as the answer to the Pun!
