About the store
Welcome to The Intricate Learner. After 20+ years in the Exceptional Children’s Program, I’ve worn nearly every hat in the building. I currently serve as both the EC Program Facilitator and EC Lead Teacher, while actively contributing to our School Improvement and MTSS Leadership teams. I know that special education is a beautiful, complex puzzle. But I also know that the "invisible" workload, the documentation, data tracking, curriculum accommodations, and compliance, can lead to burnout without the right systems. I created this store to streamline the redundant, offering field-tested resources that honor the complexity of your students while simplifying the demands of your job. My specialty is creating "sanity-saving" systems for IEP organization and progress monitoring, giving you the headspace to focus on the intricate ways your students grow. At The Intricate Learner, I create professional, field-tested resources designed to: *Streamline Case Management: Proven systems for IEP organization and progress monitoring that give you your time back. *Bridge the Gap: Practical strategies and instructional accommodations that empower General Education teachers to support our EC students with confidence. *Support School Leadership: Tools rooted in my experience on MTSS and leadership teams to help your entire building thrive. When I’m not refining systems, I’m likely tending to my garden or lost in a craft project; finding beauty in the details, just like I do in the classroom.
