In this interactive activity, students will be tasked with solving multiplication word problems by completing the three steps in the C-R-A model: Concrete, Representational, and Abstract. Students will complete these steps using the drag and drop method, keyboard comprehension by inserting asterisks, and using strategies from the C and R phase to write, solve, and justify their answer to a multiplication equation..

It can be used to check for understanding of the following multiplication strategies: Constructing Arrays, using Equal Groups, and Repeated Addition.
