Interactive credit card worksheet
This is an interactive worksheet that can be completed by students using tablets or I-Pads. It is interactive in the sense that when students enter an answer it gives immediate feedback whether the answer is correct or incorrect. Originally designed for students to complete and submit electronically. It was a follow-up to an introduction to simple interest. It does not require students to know interest formulas but understand the concept of increasing by a percentage. This worksheet was original

I have been teaching for about 10 years, in the California central valley and have recently moved to the Eastern Sierras in California.
Teaching style
Personally I am a conceptual learner and emphasise conceptual learning in my course instruction, but also balance conceptual development with mastery.
My own education history
I started attending a Junior College in Stockton California where I became a perpetual student earning over 130 units while working with a primary focus on math and science. Eventually, I got the idea that I should get on with my life and moved another 50 minutes south to the nearest CSU and earned a bachelor of arts in mathematics. A year later I decided to become a teacher and after working a year as a substitute and going to school at night to complete a master's in education.
