This resource allows students to practice adding and subtracting positive and negative numbers (Integers). There are a variety of problems, including problems with two terms, three terms, and word problems. Students solve each problem, locate the answer on the mystery picture page, and then color it with the specified color. Upon completion, a fun, Spring picture is revealed. This is an activity that allows students to practice applying the order of operations to simplify numeric expressions. This is an adding integers graphic organizer that can be used as a teaching aid, an independent assignment for students, or as a tool to re-mediate and/or review the skill of adding integers. It encourages students to think through and answer questions about each step involved in the process of adding two integers: Are the signs of the integers the same or opposite?
