Print double-sided and then cut. Students grab a ticket when they enter the classroom and give it to you when class is over. Entry task ensures that students begin working as soon as they enter the room (I usually select a problem from the previous day's lesson). The exit task should be something from the current days lesson, to ensure that students understood the lesson.

Helping students develop a growth mindset is an integral part of our roles as teachers. I have these posters displayed in the front of my classroom as a constant reminder of the language we should use.
