Teaching style

Within my classroom walls, laughter and learning intertwine. Gone are the days of rote memorization and passive lectures. Instead, I embrace a vibrant teaching style that revolves around engaging project-based learning. This approach transforms traditional classrooms into hubs of creativity and collaboration, where students become active participants in their own learning journey.

Awards & shining teacher moments

In 2024, my classroom was honored with the Innovative Teacher of the Year award — and it truly belonged to my students. Every resource I create comes directly from real moments in our classroom: students asking deeper questions, needing clearer visuals, wanting math to feel hands-on, and learning best when they can talk, model, and explore. The activities you’ll find here were shaped through daily use, adjustments, and feedback from the kids themselves. My goal is always the same: help students feel confident, curious, and capable — not just finishing problems, but understanding them. These materials are classroom-tested by third graders who helped improve them, simplify them, and make them work.
