Organize your small group binder with a pop of color and keep track of who is attending. This tool is a greta way to assess who is attending consistently and allows you to better assess your students' progress. I used this as a way to keep track of who was attending and who was being pulled out and it allowed me to adjust my small groups to ensure that I was making the most of my time and seeing all my students as often as possible.

This is a one page document on which you can record notes for small group. There is a space to write the skill being taught, the materials used and space for 6 student names. In each student box you can indicate if they need more practice or if they demonstrate understanding with a quick highlight or circle.
