Teaching style

*Students under my instruction feel welcome in my classroom and understood. I look for ways to make hands-on and written activities interesting to high school Culinary Arts students. *Creative in producing instructional materials that makes my days run smoother and more effective.

*Voted teacher of the year at our high school for 2021-2022 *Place first in the state Skills competition for Culinary Arts. *Place silver at the national Skills completion for Culinary Arts. *Prior member of ACF.

Additional biographical information

Mother of three adult children. Nana to two of the most precious grandchildren. I enjoy educating myself and learning new information. With new information obtained from training and education, I produce resources and activities for my young chefs.
