Teacher can tell from a distance whether the puzzle has been completed correctly because the puzzle makes a unique shape when all the pieces are correctly placed. Laminate the puzzle pieces and keep on hand as spiral review for students who complete work early or use as a differentiation tool.

A Color by Number for students to practice finding slope. 10 problems cover finding slope from 2 points and finding slope from a graph. 4 problems require students to find slope and then use it to determine if the lines are parallel, perpendicular, or neither. 4 problems ask students to determine which line is steeper, and 2 problems ask students to use slope to solve a word problem. Once students calculate their answer, they must find their answer on the owl and color it the indicated color.
