Use technology & send your students on a scavenger hunt around your school! This Scavenger Hunt uses the AURASMA app. All problems involve solving for distance or the midpoint. Some problems have points given to the students while others have graphs. I have taught a variety of subjects over the past 17 years including: Geometry, Algebra II, English I, Reading, Journalism, and Creative Writing.

Teaching style

I really like to incorporate hands on activities that appeal to a variety of learning styles. Any activity that can be used in multiple ways earns bonus points in my book, and activities that students can work on by themselves are a huge plus. I incorporate a lot of bright colors into my activities to make them visually pleasing. I am also working on adding more technology to each of my projects to increase student buy-in.
