I love doing different activities with my students. This one helps them practice writing equations from two points using slope-intercept form and or point slope form.

This is a Team-Pair-Solo Exit ticket. Every student gets a copy. They work on the first problem as a team, then the second problem as a pair and third problem on their own. There are 4 different versions.

I use this with my Freshmen as interactive notes to put in their Notebooks I check every Chapter. This is a good way to teach graphing and introduce the Cartesian Plane. Then I would do a cut & paste activity with them. My students love doing activities rather than skill and drill.
