Recognize and Reflect: 6 forms to guide student reflection on poor behaviour
Using these guided reflections sheets will help your students to think critically about their poor behavior choices. They will consider why their choice of behavior is a problem and how their behavior choices affect those around them. The prompts are written in the first person to allow for more ownership of the behavior and the apology. Simply print off a few copies of each sheet (in different colors for ease of recognition) and keep them on hand for whenever disruptions occur and time out of

I work hard to empower all students to take pride in their efforts, take risks, think, contribute, and create in a safe, organised and inspirational classroom community where the children take responsibility for and actively participate in their own learning.
My goal is to develop curious, imaginative, lifelong learners who are capable and confident in their abilities in the classroom and in the world at large.
