Use this project assignment to have your students comparing and contrasting available energy sources in your state. Have your students practice their observation skills using citrus fruits! This activity will have your students practicing observing, recording data, graphing, and using both Quantitative and Qualitative data while having fun! You gotta love an activity that leaves your classroom smelling great!

This survey gives students a choice to voice how class is going for them so far. I have these sheets, along with individual grade reports, in folders for the parents to come look at while they are waiting to conference with me on Parent Teacher Conference night. I have had great success using this short survey to focus the parents for our conference. I have included both a general survey for any class and the one I use for my Science classes.
