Tacky the Penguins books are always a fun read for young students! This activity can be added to your math centers easily. This product has 8 addition/subtraction story problems. Students will cut out the igloos and penguins. Then, they will match each penguin to the correct igloo. There is an answer key provided for kids to check their own work.
In this document, students will review multiplication by finding three turkeys that mean the same by matching them by finding the multiplication sentence, repeated addition sentence, and the product. This would be a great center activity for students to review their understanding of multiplication. There will be 14 sets of 3.

They will play with a partner. Students will roll either 2 or 3 dice. (It's depending on if they are rounding the nearest 10 or 100.) Each student will color in the heart that their number will round to. The player that has the most hearts colored in will win.
