Teaching style

With over 20 years of teaching experience in Nova Scotia, Canada, across grades P-12, I am currently focused on high school, primarily teaching Grades 9-10. I’m passionate about continuous improvement in both my personal growth and teaching practice. I love Building Thinking Classrooms, Math, Montessori, and outcomes-based grading, and I believe that fostering a growth mindset is key to enhancing my classroom instruction and student success.
