Students can add this foldable in their interactive notebook page. Students must give an example of a subject and predicate. They must also complete two sentences that are missing either the subject and predicate.

Students sort sentences based on the four types of sentences: declarative, interrogative, imperative, and exclamatory. Differentiation is included via visual cues on the sort and simple vs. complex sentences.

This pack includes two versions of an interactive journal foldable. In one version, the examples and components of first, second, and third person are already given, and in the other version, the students have to write in the examples/components. Each foldable includes visuals to help the students remember the different points of view. There are two cut and paste assessments. Students cut, glue, and sort sentences based on the 4 types: declarative, interrogative, exclamatory, and imperative. Students are also asked to create their own sentences based on the given type.

This worksheet allows students practice adding -ing and -ed to root words. It can be used in whole group, small group, and station settings.

This bundle is packed with activities for your students. Each plural noun rule is/will be addressed: add s, add es, consonant y, and vowel y. There are review pages included. Students identify the words what follow the nouns, write the nouns in isolation, write them in sentences, and identify the nouns in sentences. There is an interactive notebook page for the rules too.

Students use this roll a-word worksheet during Daily Five word work stations. I have used this for spelling homework. It's a favorite with my kiddos!

This chart is based off the Daily Five Word Collector. My students keep it in their writing journals, and we record our sight words on it. It's individualized so my students write words that they have difficulty spelling on it as well. They take it everywhere they go during Daily Five stations so they always have it with them.

This reading log includes 75, 65, and 60 minute per week requirements. My school uses RAZ Kids, and so I have a clause in the directions requiring the students to read a portion of their minutes on the RAZ Kids website. For those who do not need a RAZ Kids section, I have edited a version with the RAZ Kids clause. It also includes a space for student to recorder their reading levels.
