Reading Log- Editable

I use this reading log with my third grade class for weekly homework. I have found that this format works best with my class, because I don't have to make new copies each week. Once they fill up one reading log, I just staple the new one to the front so it's easy to keep up with all the books they are reading. I made it editable in case you want to add columns or rows to fit your needs. Enjoy!
