About the store
A teacher for 5 years in both 4th and 3rd grades. I am also responsible for teaching a Literacy Enrichment class and am always looking for ways to combine the two subjects. TEKS-based resources are more difficult to find, so I usually just create my own. I hope they are helpful to others!

A great activity for math centers for review of place value. Students will work with partners and will use place value dice, cards, or number cubes to compose a number. They will then draw a place value card to find out which place is being compared. The cards show place value in word form, number form, and with base-10 relationships. Scaffold or extend easily just by changing the values on the cards. Based on TEKS 3.2AB

I am a math teacher who is also responsible for teaching a Literacy Enrichment class, so I am always looking for ways to combine the two. I used this as a center activity while I worked with a small group. Covers identifying nouns and verbs as well as creating fractions.
