Hello. This file is meant to supplement study of the text 'Adelina's Whales". It includes a pre-assessment, a page of definitions that could be sent home for study, a page where students can illustrate their interpretations of the vocabulary words, a page where students can record words in context from the passage and create original sentences with each word, and a vocabulary game to help with retention of the word/definition.
