Experience

I have been an educator for sixteen years. I have taught first, second, third, and fourth grades. I have my Ed. S. in Elementary Education. I am also the children's book author of "It's Just ADHD, Don't Judge Me."

Teaching style

I believe students learn when a subject is of interest to them and they can learn by doing. I try to form relationships with my students and make connections to them.

Additional biographical information

The decisions I make as a teacher are a reflection upon my love of my niece. I expect a lot from my niece and her teacher, but I expect a lot out of myself, too. I think of them when I make teaching decisions.
