This is a sample of the full packet created to support students in understanding addition and subtraction of fractions visually for denominators of 10’s and 100’s before moving to other denominators. The students begin addition and subtraction of like fractions. To allow for repetition there are multiple pages for each skill to help them build mastery.
The format of the pages is an example, watch, and do. "Watch" is the section where I model the skill and the student(s) can see how the problem
