Jay Waggoner and Matt Lora have a combined 53 years experience of teaching in the classroom and many, many hours of one-on-one tutoring. Although Jay may not appreciate how it will be noted that there is a significant age difference between us, our success as a small company is the product of understanding, monitoring and helping students maintain key mathematical disciplines. Teaching style

Jay Waggoner and Matt Lora agree that students and teachers will have success in the math classroom by using 3 simple rules. 1) Teaching and Learning has to be FUN! 2) Students must memorize basic facts about numbers and their operations. 3) Monitoring of student performance must be weekly and should be cumulative using calculator and non-calculator assessments.
