I started taking classes in Web Design about 5 years ago. The classes included graphic design and learning to use design software. The classes lead me to start creating worksheets and a unique approach to handwriting. I had been doing this with graph paper and highlighters for years before handwriting programs came into existence.
There is more to handwriting than individual letter formation. The size and spacing of words and letters is just as important. Learning to write on worksheets is important. When the letters are huge and run down the side of the page it is difficult to read, I have strategies for writing on worksheets. My approach addresses those aspects but can be used with any font or letter formation program.
My wish is to help students learn to write, so they can write and benefit from all the other wonderful things teachers do.
