This editable product can be used to gather information from a teacher for a speech and language evaluation. It gathers information regarding communication in the classroom, and addresses receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language. (EDITABLE)

This resource is a great way to check-in with your student(s) each week regarding the severity of their stuttering and use of strategies, while also encouraging positive communication. It also allows them to advocate for themselves and what would be effective for them to use for practice in speech therapy.

Student interview to be used weekly to check-in regarding student's articulation of speech sounds. It allows the student to identify positive areas of communication during their week, as well as how they would like to target their speech sounds.

These three sentence stories with questions are basic sentences to target a variety of skills. The questions per story contain a who question, a what question, a where question, a when question, and a how question. Great to target basic comprehension questions, reading aloud with articulation and/or fluency.

November Interview Questions are a great way to target a variety of speech and language skills, including asking/answering wh questions, targeting specific speech sounds in conversation, utilizing appropriate social skills etc. It is not Thanksgiving themed, and students are able to give reasoning for their preferences or activities.

Fully editable- Great way to target expressing emotions by defining familiar feeling words (i.e. happy and sad), then utilizing resources to find antonyms and synonyms for the words, as well as to allow students to reflect on what the word means for them. Great for social-emotional goals, as well as speech/language therapy goals.
