I have created a form to easily plan out for the workshop model. Page 1: Green - Science or Social Studies Page 2: Red - Math Page 3: Blue - Reading Page 4: Yellow - Writing The form is editable for you to change on a regular basis. I keep it on my One Drive / Google Doc and it is easy for me to make a new weekly lesson plan. This allows me to copy and paste, and plan weeks at a time with ease.
