About the store
I am Sandy and I have been teaching high school since 2005. I teach (or have taught) Biology, AP Biology, Forensics, and Anatomy & Physiology. I make lots of posters and handouts for my kids and my room.
My partner-in-crime is Chonte' and she teaches math and has been teaching a year longer than me. We also make forms to make our own lives easier and are happy to share those with you.
My sister is Stacy and she teaches US History and has been teaching on year less than me. Stacy is a rockstar and has great first day forms!

Things To Do Student Handout
My “Things to Know” sheet will be handed out the first day, and it just allows students to have an idea of what to expect on any given day. It also allows students to see my expectations of them. - SSB **THIS HAS BEEN UPDATED TO BE A POWER POINT FILE. The fonts I used include, Beach Type, cinnamon cake, kristen, cheri, arial, love letters, harrington, ravie, and juiceITC but use what you like and make it reflect your personality!

These worksheets are used as a review in Algebra 1 for the Texas End of Course Exam. Lessons include Domain and Range, Slope, Linear Functions, Linear Inequalities, Direct Variation, Parallel and Perpendicular Lines, Systems of Linear Functions, Systems of Linear Inequalities, Exponential Functions, Quadratic Functions, and Transformations of Functions. This file is completely editable, so you can customize it to your needs. This is the PowerPoint I use to set up Interactive Notebooks with my Biology class. I spend a day setting up notebooks. I use the same PowerPoint with my AP Biology and Forensics classes as well, with a few edits.

Carbon Cycle Diagram
This is a simple diagram (and maybe even humorous) to start or review the Carbon Cycle. I use the unlabeled diagram to all students to brainstorm about the Carbon Cycle. I purposefully left room at the bottom of the page for additional notes. It even works as an anchor chart.

First Days Student Information
My information sheet is pretty generic, but it does have some fun information on it, so I can see the true personalities of the students in my room. I love to see the responses to “pick a music lyric that describes you” and “what’s your favorite animal and why”; these questions really let me see a different side of my students.

This is a power point file that is completely editable. It gives a variety of interests for students to tell you about, and they can leave several blank and you still learn a lot about them. The questions about the three reasons why they like their favorite animal is supposed to tell you what they like about themselves.

CER (Claim, Evidence, Reasoning) is a great way for students to write conclusions for labs and activities done in class. This file is a Google Slides and there are 3 slides. One has a complete set of the notes, one slide is just missing the titles, and one slide is missing a word or two each bullet. You will make your own copy of the slideshow and can edit the notes as you wish. I use this at the beginning of the year with very simple experiments to really help students with the process, the
